Your position on the playing field, which you know. Or at least you should know well.

Learn the basic requirements and procedure for defining a brand position. What do we need to know and what do we need to be able to evaluate before we determine who we actually are?

What impact does this have on brand management? A huge one. Basically, a brand cannot be managed without it.

We will discuss real-life examples of how an organization changes when it (finally) defines its brand position.
