This workshop focuses on understanding how the job market works, ways to succeed in it, and how to gain skills and contacts from your first work experience that will later be essential in building your own team and business.

Linda Šimonová is a professional in the field of recruitment and executive search, manager and owner of an HR company, which is also a partner company of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She is involved in talent search and headhunting, HR consulting, and education and development of people, connecting interesting personalities with meaningful job opportunities.
