Event description

The main goal of Cyber Fairy Tales is to use stories (fairy tales) that we know well to highlight the various dangers we may encounter in the cyber world, as well as how we should behave and what can happen if we don’t.

Cyber Fairy Tales as a tool for teachers and parents Cyber Fairy Tales are supplemented with explanations of technical terms that cannot be omitted from Cyber Fairy Tales today. The purpose of this glossary is to facilitate the explanation of these terms. The explanations are not primarily intended for children, but for the person who will read the fairy tales to the children and will then be confronted with questions from curious listeners. We are also preparing methodological sheets for teachers to help them find ways and forms to familiarize children with the issue of cyber security.

The main objective of the educational seminars is to provide methodological support to kindergarten and elementary school teachers in the area of cyber security basics, with an emphasis on safe behavior for children in the virtual environment, to familiarize them with the main risks of the cyber world, to introduce them to the Cyber Fairy Tales project and the methodological sheets that have been created, and to show them a typical lesson.

The event is also suitable for the general public interested in the basics of cyber security and working with children to protect them in the digital environment.
