Join us for the second Linux Mobile Hackday and discover the latest from the world of mobile Linux, from BengalOS and NixOS to LLM and Android Auto.

Join us for the second Pilsen community meetup dedicated to Linux on mobile devices. David Heidelberg and Petr Hodina will once again guide you through the program, and together we’ll take a look at how the world of mobile Linux has evolved since the first Hackday.

This time, we’ll focus, for example, on BengalOS—an immutable system built on Debian and the Phosh environment—Mobile NixOS, and ways to get Nix running on your own phone. We’ll also discuss working with LLM and integrating Linux with Android Auto.

On-site, you’ll be able to try out the Phosh environment hands-on on OnePlus 6, Xiaomi Poco F1, and Fairphone 5 devices and see how Linux works in practice on mobile devices today.

Hackday is primarily a community gathering, so if you’re working on your own project, problem, or topic related to mobile Linux, feel free to bring it along. There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss it with others, try things out, or work together to find solutions.
