Forget the classic tourist routes and come on June 9–10 to see for yourself that our city is at the cutting edge of technology—and not just in the field of drones. A two-day conference awaits you, offering a unique perspective on the world of innovation.

Discover Pilsen as a progressive city in the field of security ecosystems. The conference kicks off on June 9 with the first pillar, the Security Forum at TechTower, the largest Czech conference west of Prague. It will feature packed panel discussions covering topics such as the protection of soft targets, societal resilience, and technology trends, while Pilsen will present itself as a city of drones.

Speakers include Barborka Vegrichtová, director of security services and an expert on the radicalization of children; Tomáš Šebek, a traveler and humanitarian doctor; and traveler Linda Piknerová, who traded academia for adventure in South Africa.

On Wednesday, June 10, the real marathon of lectures and workshops will begin simultaneously at three key locations across the city.

Interested in Drones & Robotics? Head to the Cukrovarská venue, which will cover topics such as robotics legislation, setting up collaborative robots, and the latest trends in the world of drones.

The program will also feature SIT Drones, which will showcase cutting-edge technological solutions used in practice—from research to real-world applications in industry and security. You can look forward to battlebot matches, drone soccer, university research teams, and a small expo.

The best beer flows freely at Plzeňský Prazdroj, which this time will open its doors to the third pillar: Marketing & Entrepreneurship. The brewery is one of the city’s traditional landmarks and will offer conference participants the opportunity to expand their marketing knowledge—from creativity and branding to digital strategies and law. We’ll serve up experiences from the world of startup building and the life stories of today’s highly successful people who weren’t afraid to discover the joys and struggles of entrepreneurship. Among the speakers, you’ll hear names like Aneta Martinek, CEO of #HolkyzMarketingu, or Vilém Franěk, whose incredible journey led to the discovery of Mikýř and a political campaign.

Artificial intelligence will energize the halls of the TechTower technology park, serving as the fourth pillar of the conference. Three main keynote speakers will take the stage, and you’ll be able to choose from more than 10 practical workshops covering topics ranging from HR and machine learning to creativity and law. The program will include a diverse expo where you can try out the latest AI innovations in practice. Artificial intelligence will affect each of us sooner or later, which is why we’ve combined theory with practice for those who want to learn, gain knowledge, and apply it to their professional and everyday lives.
Speakers will include Jan Romportl, who will address the topic of children’s mental health and the impact of AI and technology on Generation Z; Ondřej Svoboda and his AI Video Show LIVE; and Jan Kavalírek, who will speak about the Czech Republic as an AI hub in Europe.
