Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly changing how people work. It is used in recruitment, automation, performance evaluation, education, and decision-making. While AI can improve efficiency and productivity, it also raises important questions about fairness, job security, skills, ethics, and the role of humans in the workplace.

This 24-hour hackathon challenges students to analyze one concrete problem connected to AI and work and to design a realistic, responsible, and innovative solution.
