Event description
Get to know yourself and others better with the DISC model. Discover your strengths and learn to communicate and collaborate more effectively.
Each of us thinks, communicates, and reacts differently. Understanding these differences can help us collaborate better, lead others, and develop ourselves.
In this interactive workshop with Lenka Součková, you’ll learn about the DISC model and discover how different personality styles influence communication, decision-making, and responses to change. You’ll gain a better understanding of your strengths, motivators, and areas where you can continue to grow.
The workshop will also include an introduction to professional coaching according to ICF ČR standards and its application in the development of individuals, leaders, and entire teams.
What will you take away from the workshop?
- A basic understanding of the DISC typology.
- Greater insight into your own communication and decision-making styles.
- An understanding of the strengths and motivators of different personality types.
- Tips for more effective communication and teamwork.
- An idea of how professional coaching can be used for personal and professional development.
The workshop is part of the “Start with Yourself” series—three interactive sessions for anyone who wants to better understand themselves, function more effectively in a team, develop their leadership skills, and manage their energy so that their performance is sustainable over the long term.
