Event description

The SMARTPHONE course is divided into two levels: beginner and advanced, so that each participant can choose the level that best suits their experience and needs. The division into levels will be determined by experienced instructor Zuzana Tišerová.

The aim of the course is for participants to gain confidence in using a smartphone and to use it to simplify their everyday lives. The courses take place in a friendly environment with plenty of time for individual questions and exercises.

The course is divided into 8 lessons, which take place once a week, every Wednesday. If there is high demand, two groups will be opened – one for beginners and one for advanced learners.

Beginners’ course

📱 Getting to know your phone – basic touchscreen controls, turning your phone on and off.
📞 Calls and messages – how to make phone calls, send SMS messages, and use WhatsApp or other applications.
👥 Contacts and gallery – saving contacts, viewing photos and videos.
🌍 Internet and applications – connecting to Wi-Fi, internet basics, and downloading applications.
🔒 Security and settings – basic phone adjustments, privacy protection (display brightness, font size, icons, etc.).

Advanced course

📧 Advanced apps – online shopping, email, social networks.
🤖 Using artificial intelligence – how AI can make your life easier.
📸 Photography and photo editing – taking high-quality photos and basic editing.
🗺️ Navigation and maps – using GPS and navigation for safe travel.
🔐 Security features – advanced protection for your phone and personal data.

📅 Course start date: April 2 (every Wednesday)
⏰ Time:
– 9:00 a.m. (first group) – max. 15 participants
– 10:00 a.m. (second group) – max. 15 participants
📍 Location: TechTower Plzeň
💰 Price: CZK 1,290 (for 8 lessons)

Participants can repeat the courses and gradually improve!
