Event description
Discover the principles of modern leadership and learn how to motivate, listen to, and lead people so that they are willing to take on responsibility and work together.
A good leader needs more than just a title or authority. Above all, a good leader can create an environment in which people are willing to think, collaborate, and take on responsibility.
In this interactive workshop with Lenka Součková, you’ll focus on the practical principles of contemporary leadership. We’ll explore how to work with motivation, listen actively, provide feedback, and foster teamwork.
You’ll try out simple techniques right away and discover how to apply them when leading colleagues, project teams, and even in your everyday life. After all, leadership isn’t just for managers—a family is a team, too.
What will you take away from the workshop?
- Practical principles of modern leadership.
- Tips on how to motivate and engage others.
- Techniques for active listening and effective feedback.
- Inspiration for building an environment based on trust and responsibility.
- Tools you can use when leading colleagues, managing projects, and even outside the workplace.
The workshop is part of the “Start with Yourself” series—three interactive sessions for anyone who wants to better understand themselves, function more effectively in a team, develop their leadership skills, and manage their energy so that their performance remains sustainable over the long term.
