Build your own combat robot from scratch and send it into the arena.

BattleBots Bootcamp is a five-day intensive program for all tech enthusiasts aged 15 and older who want to try their hand at building a combat robot. During the bootcamp, you’ll go through the entire process—from design and construction to working with electronics, soldering, and 3D printing, all the way to testing, fine-tuning, and the final battles in the arena.

You can look forward to a combination of creativity, technical challenges, teamwork, and a healthy dose of robotic chaos. Under the guidance of experienced instructors from FLS Battlebots, you’ll learn how to design a functional robot, how to address its propulsion, durability, and weapon mechanisms, and how to prepare it to hold its own against the competition in the arena.

The bootcamp is designed for high school and college students, as well as other interested participants aged 15 and older, who aren’t afraid to pick up tools, use their heads, and build something that will actually compete in a battle at the end.

9:30–10:30 Sports and other activities
10:30–12:00 Robot building
12:00–13:00 Lunch break
1:00–1:30 p.m. Movie screening / free time
1:30–3:00 p.m. Sports and other activities
3:00–4:00 p.m. Arena competitions

Dates: August 3–7, 2026

The price of the boot camp is 4,900 CZK. The price includes lunch, snacks, and all the parts and materials you’ll need to build your own combat robot during the boot camp.
