Energy for Performance: A Work-Life Balance That Works

Event description

Learn to better manage your energy, priorities, and attention. Discover the principles of work-life balance for long-term, sustainable performance.

A fast-paced work environment, constant changes, and pressure to deliver results can quickly drain our mental capacity. Long-term performance, therefore, isn’t just about getting more work done, but above all, about knowing how to manage your energy, priorities, and attention.

In this interactive workshop with Lenka Součková, you’ll focus on practical principles for achieving a healthy work-life balance. We’ll explore how to navigate challenging periods, prevent burnout, and establish work habits that support not only your own performance but also the effective functioning of the entire team.

What will you take away from the workshop?

Tips on how to effectively manage your energy and attention.

Tools for coping with demanding and stressful periods.

Principles of healthy and sustainable work habits.

Tips for better decision-making and communication under pressure.

Inspiration on how to prevent burnout and create the conditions for long-term satisfaction and performance.

The workshop is part of the “Start with Yourself” series—three interactive sessions for anyone who wants to better understand themselves, function more effectively as part of a team, develop their leadership skills, and manage their energy in a way that ensures their performance is sustainable over the long term.
