Event description

How can you handle public speaking, working with a microphone, and unexpected situations? Try your hand at being a host right on stage.

Anyone can be a host. All you have to do is stand in front of a crowd and deliver a prepared speech into the microphone. Really? There’s no art to hosting for the first time—what’s important is that it isn’t your last time.

How can you handle the pitfalls that lurk during a public appearance? You’ll learn all about it in this two-hour workshop. At the end, a few of the more daring participants can immediately try their hand at being a host in front of the other attendees—right on stage in our large auditorium.

The workshop will be led by Pilsen-based host and emcee Stanislav Jurík, who regularly hosts around a hundred small and large events each year (Freedom Festival, Building of the Year, Day in the Air, Innovate Next Level, and more).

Workshop capacity is limited.
